EirGen Pharma employee successfully completes InterTrade Fusion propramme

Mr Ken O’Shea, Formulation Scientist at EirGen Pharma has successfully completed an 18 month FUSION project with the support of InterTrade Ireland. Ken’s project, in partnership with University of Ulster Coleraine, involved the use of an innovative chemical modification of a retinoid X receptor (RXR), and development of a novel solid dosage form technology as an oral drug delivery method in treating non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma.
