Chief Executive Officer
Damien Burke
Damien joined Eirgen in 2006 as one of the original members of the start-up team. He has worked in diverse roles across the pharmaceutical sector including R&D, manufacturing and packaging operations, artwork management and packaging technology. Damien was our Head of Commercial Operations for several years before being appointed to his current role as Chief Executive Officer in October 2019.
Head of Engineering and Research & Development
James Murphy
James joined Eirgen in 2021 as Head of Engineering with over 18 years of
experience in Technical and Leadership roles. For the past two decades he has
worked in Research, Product Development & Manufacturing Engineering across the medical industry. This included leadership roles with Terumo, Cook Medical and Boston Scientific.
Jan Willem Blüm
Head of Finance
Jan Willem joined Eirgen in 2021.
He has over 17 years of senior finance and leadership experience. Alongside his finance career, he has held senior positions in planning, logistics, IT and marketing. His career has seen him hold positions in the Netherlands, France and Ireland.
Dan Delaney
Head of Operations
Dan joined Eirgen in 2015 as Supply Chain Manager and became Head of Commercial Operations in December 2019. After more than two successful years of leading Eirgen's Supply Chain & Business Development activities, Dan has moved on to the role of Head of Operations, taking full responsibility over the manufacturing and packaging operations including our announced capacity expansion. He has more than 30 years of industry operations experience, starting in engineering and moving into leadership roles before joining the team here at Eirgen Pharma.
